Dr. Timothy P. Mathis is a UCLA graduate and has been serving the residents of Santa Barbara since 1988.

Affiliations & Volunteering
Dr. Mathis is a member of the Santa Barbara Study Group - a group of several select dental specialists that meets monthly to discuss current advances in the various dental specialties and to present and discuss patient cases. Dr. Mathis is also a board member with the Santa Barbara Housing Assistance Corporation providing donations to various local charities.
When Dr. Mathis isn't working he loves photography, surfing, tennis, winter sports, spending time with his family and doggies; Bruno and Duke.

Penni Fredrickson - Dental Hygienist
Penni has been with Dr. Mathis since 1988
We love how satisfied our patients are and Dr. Tim provides the highest quality with the patients best interest in mind. Dr Tim and staff’s goal is to help the patient retain good dental health for a lifetime.
I love to garden and ride my bike!
Patty Trujillo - Dental Assistant
Patty has been with Dr. Mathis for 3 years. She is UCLA and private practice dental office trained.
I LOVE working with Dr. Mathis. He has positive, good, fun energy. Dr. Tim is very honest with the patients, he really looks out for their well being.
I love hanging out with my family, working out, going to the movies – I especially like animated ones.

Jackie has been in charge of billing and insurance for 3-years.
All my co-workers are great, it’s a fun atmosphere. Working here is a fun relaxed place to be.
